WHO WE ARE.
International Organization for Defenders of Peace & Human Rights (IODPHR) is one of the world's leading independent organizations dedicated to defend and protect human rights and peace. The IODPHR focusing international attention where human rights are violated, we give voice to the oppressed by awareness and hold oppressors accountable for their crimes.
Our rigorous, objective investigations and strategic, targeted advocacy build intense pressure for action and raise the cost of human rights abuse International Organization for Defenders of Peace & Human Rights has worked tenaciously to lay the legal and moral groundwork for deep-rooted change and has fought to bring greater justice and security to people around the world.
Violent conflict poses one of the greatest threats to human development, destroying lives and undermining efforts to eradicate poverty.
At the same time, we also recognize that violence is not the inevitable consequence of conflict, and if handled well, conflicts that arise between different groups in society can lead to positive changes in structures and systems, and build positive peace.
Drawing upon the experience of Area Development Programmers around the world, our peace and conflict advocacy work seeks to influence governments and international decision-makers, to help to secure peaceful resolution to violent conflicts, and to ensure that conflicts won't become violent.
We also aim to inform our supporters and the world public about key issues and possible or ongoing conflicts.
We have a particular responsibility to do this, because we are often working with those directly affected by violence or oppression. This also means that we can provide information that governments and the public would otherwise be unaware of. In order to ensure that our advocacy work is relevant and effective to those countries affected by violent conflict, World IODOHR works closely with fellow staff in affected countries, to promote peace.
The IODOHR protected the women’s & children’s rights and extend the awareness without discrimination. Moreover we are fighting to stop the human trafficking or modern slavery by legal means. to highlight violator and criminal to help the countries , communities , groups and relatives of the victims ..
The IODHR is against the war, terrorism, apartheids, religious extremism and massacre in any type, name and shape, because IODOHR is the lover of regional and global peace.
We are dedicated to enhance the effectiveness of philanthropy working to promote international peace and human rights We maintain an informed, engaged and collegial community of funding people or groups, whose numbers and investments in this field are steadily increasing, working effectively on a broad range of issues from eliminating and limiting the spread of biological and nuclear weapons, to preventing and resolving violent conflict, to enhancing the capability of cooperative international efforts and institutions to provide international human security.
WE HOPE:- To provide updated knowledge to IOPHR members for education on issues and for sharing information, innovative ideas and best practices.
. To work the development of effective grant making strategies and collaboration on shared peace and humanitarian issues to achieve positive results.
. To increase the involvement and investment in peace and humanitarian issues of current IODOHR members and to encourage new and other existing funding peoples and groups to be active in the field and to join IODOHR mission and noble humanitarian aims objectives to complete of destination.
